Home Stays
To accommodate as many Conference participants as possible, the Friendship Force clubs in the Québec, Sherbrooke, Montreal and Ottawa-Gatineau regions have joined forces to offer a total of 90 home stays for the three days immediately preceding or following the Conference.
Rules governing home stays are as follows:
- A fee of $50 per person for a three-day home stay is payable by cheque to the Force de l'Amitié de la région de Québec along with the registration fee.
- Only one three-day home stay per person.
- Please indicate your choice of home stay, in order of preference.
- Home stays will be assigned on a «first come, first served» basis, taking your preference into account, as much as possible.
- Home stay assignments will be confirmed by the registrar of the Conference approximately two weeks after receipt of the application.
- Upon confirmation of registration and home stay, participants will be given the dates of their home stay, the name of the host club and the coordinates of the exchange coordinator of the host club.
- Each host club will be responsible for the organization of the home stay of their ambassadors.
