ATTENTION: NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF REGISTRATION

Following the enthusiastic response of the Canadian clubs, all seats available to attend the 6th Friendship Force Canadian Conference are now reserved.

 

From now on, applications for registration will be returned to the applicant or, at his option, will be kept by the Registrar of the conference to be put on a waiting list in case of withdrawal.

 

The organizing committee thanks all those listed and is now preparing to welcome them in Quebec City in May.

Confirmation

Upon reception and deposit of fees for registration, optional activities, and home stay if applicable, the Conference Registrar will send a notice to each participant confirming his or her registration, participation in optional activities and, if applicable, the dates and place for the assigned home stay.

Should the Registrar be obliged to refuse a request for registration or participation due to insufficient space or any other reason, the applicant will be so informed by email and the applicable fees will be refunded.

Conference organizers will not be held responsible for any expense or damage resulting from a refusal to accept a request for registration or participation.

Cancellation

An administrative fee of $40/person will be charged for cancellation before March 31, 2012. No refund will be made for cancellation after March 31, 2012.
